Legal Core
Terms, policies and responsible-use information.
These documents apply to the BEON website and, where relevant, to products, samples and services supplied by BEON.
01
Terms & Conditions (B2B / B2C)
These Terms & Conditions govern access to this website and any quotation, sample, product or service supplied by BEON. BEON is the trading name of BEON LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17280240, with registered office at Unit 20 Belvue Road, Northolt, England, UB5 5QQ, United Kingdom.
Website enquiries and contracts
The website is primarily an information and enquiry service. Sending an enquiry, sample request or form does not itself create a contract or guarantee product availability. An order becomes binding only when BEON sends written acceptance or dispatch confirmation. A quotation or signed order document prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
Product information, safety and use
Products must be used in accordance with their label, instructions, safety information and any written guidance supplied by BEON. Test compatibility on an inconspicuous area before wider use. Products are not supplied as medicines, medical devices, disinfectants, biocides or treatments for people, animals or disease unless an order expressly says otherwise and the required authorisations are in place.
Price, payment and delivery
The applicable price, VAT treatment, delivery charge, payment terms and estimated delivery date will be stated in the quotation, order or checkout. BEON Ltd is currently not VAT registered and will not charge UK VAT unless its tax status changes. Optional extras require express agreement. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated to be fixed.
Consumers
Consumers buying Products online or by another distance method normally have a 14-day right to cancel without giving a reason, followed by a further 14 days to return the Products. BEON will refund the price and cheapest standard delivery charge within 14 days after receiving the returned Products or evidence of return, subject to lawful deductions. Consumers retain statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed Products.
Business Customers
Business Customers should inspect Products promptly and report visible damage, shortages or apparent non-conformity within the period stated in the order, or within a reasonable time if no period is stated. Business Customers are responsible for confirming that Products and Services suit their intended operating conditions unless BEON has accepted a written specification.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
BEON and its licensors own the website, branding, text, graphics, video and technical material unless stated otherwise. You must not use the website or Products unlawfully, to distribute malware, to misrepresent BEON or to make unsupported safety, medical, environmental or scientific claims.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BEON LTD (company number 17280240), registered in England and Wales at Unit 20 Belvue Road, Northolt, England, UB5 5QQ, United Kingdom, and trading as BEON, handles personal data. Contact: office@beonmind.co.uk or +44 79 1439 0966.
Data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process your name, company, contact details, delivery details, business requirements, product interests, sample information, messages, order and warranty records, complaint information and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, access time and security logs.
How we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, negotiate and perform orders, manage delivery, payments, support, returns, warranty claims and complaints, maintain accounting and legal records, protect systems, and send marketing where permitted. The legal bases may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.
Sharing and retention
We may share relevant data with hosting, email, CRM, payment, delivery, IT, security, professional, accounting and legal providers, and with regulators or advisers where required or permitted. We do not sell personal data. We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal, tax, warranty, dispute and limitation periods.

Cookie Policy
At the time of this version, the public website does not intentionally use advertising, analytics or social-media cookies. It is designed to operate without non-essential cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on a device. Similar technologies can also store or access information on a device, including local storage, pixels, tags and scripts. UK rules generally require clear information and active consent before using non-essential technologies.
Future changes
If BEON introduces analytics, advertising, embedded media, chat, remarketing, social plugins or other non-essential technologies, BEON will identify each provider and purpose, explain sharing and retention, ask for consent before activation where required, and make refusal and withdrawal as easy as acceptance.
You can manage or delete cookies using browser settings. Questions should be sent to office@beonmind.co.uk.
04
Returns & Refunds
This Policy explains returns and refunds for BEON Products supplied to Business Customers and Consumers. It applies to orders placed by email, telephone, quotation, online checkout or another distance method unless a lawful order term says otherwise.
Unless BEON gives a different written return or safe-handling instruction, returns should be sent to BEON LTD, Unit 20 Belvue Road, Northolt, England, UB5 5QQ, United Kingdom.
Consumer change-of-mind cancellation
Consumers buying Products online or by another distance method normally have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell BEON they want to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the Products back. Email office@beonmind.co.uk with your name, order reference, delivery address, Products being returned and a clear cancellation statement.
BEON will refund the Product price and cheapest standard delivery option within 14 days after the Products are returned or evidence of return is provided, whichever is earlier. You normally pay the direct return cost unless the Products are faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect Products
Contact BEON as soon as reasonably possible with the order reference, photographs, batch or lot details, description of the issue and remedy requested. Do not use a Product if it appears unsafe, leaking, contaminated or incorrectly labelled. Consumers retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Business Customers and samples
Business returns require BEON’s prior written authorisation and may be subject to order terms. Custom, opened, used or specially procured Products may not be returnable unless BEON agrees in writing. Free samples are for evaluation and are not refundable.
05
Warranty Policy
This Policy describes any additional commercial warranty BEON gives for Products. It does not replace or reduce Consumer rights, product-safety rights or any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Coverage
BEON provides a limited 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery, unless the order or Product label states a shorter shelf-life period or a different lawful period. The warranty does not extend beyond the Product's labelled use-by or shelf-life period. Consumer statutory rights and the express Product description still apply independently.
For a liquid or chemical cleaner, the warranty covers the Product as supplied, such as a material formulation defect, abnormal leakage, or a packaging or labelling defect. It is not a guarantee that every surface, residue or operating condition will produce the same cleaning result.
Exclusions and claims
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect dilution, unsuitable storage, contamination, alteration, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable surfaces or processes, third-party damage, free samples, or bespoke work except to an expressly accepted specification.
To make a claim, email office@beonmind.co.uk with the order reference, purchase date, product name, batch or lot number, relevant photographs, storage and use information and a description of the issue. Do not return a chemical Product without following BEON’s safe-return instructions.
06
Website Disclaimer
The website is provided for general information about BEON, its surface-technology approach, Products and Services. It is not a quotation, offer, guarantee, safety assessment, regulatory approval, medical opinion or substitute for professional advice.
Accuracy and suitability
BEON takes reasonable care to keep the website current but does not promise that every statement is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Product images, examples, technical descriptions and availability may change.
Results depend on the surface, material, contamination, concentration, equipment, preparation, storage, environmental conditions, operator and other factors. Read the label and safety information and test a small inconspicuous area before wider application.
Scientific and environmental statements
Statements about cold plasma, organic ingredients, biodegradability, surface protection, residue, safety, sustainability or performance are subject to the Scientific Claims Disclaimer. They must not be read as a claim to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure disease, or as a claim that a Product is disinfectant, biocidal, antibacterial or antiviral unless expressly authorised and supported by required evidence.
Third-party links are provided for convenience. BEON does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices or terms.
07
Scientific Claims Disclaimer
Scientific, technical, safety, environmental and performance statements made by or on behalf of BEON describe intended technology or observed use cases. They are not a universal promise for every surface, environment or application.
Evidence and limitations
Technical statements may be based on internal testing, supplier information, limited field observations, customer feedback or other information available at the time. Test methods, samples, surfaces, preparation, dosage, equipment, temperature, humidity, operator technique and other conditions can affect results.
Unless BEON provides a signed technical specification or report for a particular order, terms such as effective, safe, sustainable, protective, longer-lasting, biodegradable or organic are not guarantees of a particular outcome.
No medical, disinfectant or disease claims
Unless a Product is expressly identified and authorised for that purpose, BEON does not claim that it diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease or infection; disinfects, sterilises or provides infection control; kills or inactivates bacteria, viruses, fungi or other organisms; or is a biocide, antibacterial, antiviral, medical device or medical-grade product.
Customers are responsible for selecting suitable Products, following labels and safety information, testing actual conditions, obtaining required approvals and using only approved claims in advertising, tenders, training and customer communications.
08
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes a liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Liabilities not excluded
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Consumer statutory rights or any other unlawful exclusion.
Consumers
If you are a Consumer, this Policy does not affect your legal rights. BEON will not use a cap or exclusion to remove rights to a remedy for Products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Business Customers
For a Business Customer and to the maximum extent permitted by law, BEON is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, sales, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, data or other indirect or consequential loss. BEON is not liable for use outside the label, safety information, agreed specification or written instructions, or for events outside its reasonable control.
The total aggregate liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid or payable for the Products or Services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event. If no amount was paid or payable, the cap is £500 unless the order states a different lawful cap.
This Policy is governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may have additional rights to bring proceedings where they live and to rely on mandatory protections.
